It was 4 months of in and out of suits and fitting and tweaking and tapering at the right spots and letting out at the right spots and making everything fit like a glove to my torso, which is very, very difficult.
And our costume team are wildly talented people. We brought on this 1 particular seamstress, April, who has worked with dancers earlier and just has an uncanny sense of a adult female's body and what clothes demand to do on that body to go far sing. So she has miraculously made my legs expect a lot longer than they really are, which was one of my offset requests. Once it was perfect, once the accommodate came to a identify where I put it on and you could feel everyone in the room went, 'Oh, there she is.' And that was fucking cool. I kind of only stay in adept shape, that's how I like to be, that's how I live, I always take. And then I was thinking, 'Oh, I don't have to workout or do anything to get ready for this part.
